● Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets.

● Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
● Maintain store cleanliness and organization
● Ensure upkeep of the facility.
● Helping in preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and

● Handling customer escalations and delivery queries.
● Responsible for store sales target achievement.
Requirements and Skill Set
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
● A minimum of Fresher to 2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a
managerial role.
● Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
● Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management
processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
