Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The individual will drive Operational Excellence and build performance culture for the Warehouse.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Executive Manpower planning and handling.
- To run Production as per plan and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain records of production and quality data.
- Ensure Product quality which is moving to FG.
- Effective usage of 4M
- Maintain 5s and Housekeeping in the work area.
- Ensure Zero accidents and PPEs are used effectively in the workplace.
- Ontime Report generation and submission.
- Department: Refurbishment (Remanufacturing)
- Reporting to: Refurbishment Manager
Minimum Job Requirements :
Educational Qualification : Minimum BE / B.Tech or Diploma / PG Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Manufacturing.
Additional : Furniture Production background will be an added advantage.
Experience : 0 to 3 years of experience in the Production / Planning Department.
Additional Requirement : Knowledge of Basic Excel is required for this role.
