Key Responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance & Repair:
● Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on
furniture production machines.
● Maintain and repair CNC machines, lathes, routers, saws, sanders, and drilling
machines.
● Diagnose and resolve machinery problems to minimize production downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
● Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to avoid machine failures.
● Inspect critical machine components such as belts, motors, gears, and lubrication
systems.
● Ensure that all machinery meets safety and operational standards.
Training & Communication:
● Provide training to machine operators on proper usage and maintenance of machinery.
● Communicate machine issues and repairs with the production team to avoid downtime.
● Ensure all machines are operated and maintained in accordance with safety standards
and protocols to prevent accidents and hazards.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery used in furniture production.
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and machine manuals.
● Experience working with CNC machines and other automated equipment
