Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, material movement, and stock availability to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock transactions using SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Track material requirements, pending orders, stock discrepancies, and potential supply delays.
• Supervise day-to-day operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify process bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain reports and trackers for inventory, material consumption, stock movement, and operational performance.
• Coordinate quality checks and support the resolution of material-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
